Order Cancellation and Incomplete Transactions
1. Cancellation Before Shipment
Customers reserve the right to cancel an order before it is dispatched by the designated shipper from the shipping point. In such instances, customers are not liable for any payment to Labsolutions.
2. Cancellation After Shipment but Before Acceptance
If the order is dispatched by the designated shipper but is canceled before the acceptance of the products, customers may initiate cancellation by contacting Labsolutions within the specified 5 day Acceptance Period. In such cases, Labsolutions will provide appropriate disposition instructions and may apply shipping expenses to the customer.
Product Returns Policy
All aspects related to returns, replacements, and customer support are overseen by Labsolutions’s customer service team under the following stipulations:
1. General Returns
Customers are permitted to return specific products to Labsolutions within 30 days for replacement or adjustment, provided they obtain a Return Material Authorization Number (“RMA Number”) from Labsolutions and reference this number on the return shipping documents. Products returned without an RMA Number will be returned to the customer at their expense.
2. Hazardous Materials
Any hazardous materials approved for return must comply with DOT and other regulations concerning packaging, labeling, and shipping.
3. Other conditions
All products returned due to customer error may incur additional charges for necessary inspection, reworking, or refurbishing, particularly for items not typically cataloged by Labsolutions.
Product Warranty and Liability Limitation
When placing orders on our website, they are exclusively subject to Labsolutions’ prevailing standard commercial warranty terms at the time of order placement.
